DP 150 SAFE WAY
Pedestrian crossings in high-traffic areas can pose a very dangerous situation. It is precisely to address this issue that at MPM, we have developed the Door Pedestrian 150 Safe Way, our innovative pedestrian crossing gate equipped with a sensor and automatic closure. The Safe Way system is highly intuitive and equally effective. Thanks to the adjustable wall-mounted sensor, our DP 150 Safe Way can detect approaching vehicular traffic and, in the presence of a detected danger, automatically close the gate until the vehicle is stationary or moves away from the door. The DP 150 Safe Way is equipped with a practical light signal that indicates the closing status of the door: the green light signals that the gate is unlocked, while the red light indicates the mechanical lock and therefore the presence of an approaching vehicle. In the event that a dangerous vehicle is detected, the sensor will be able to recognize it. In such a situation, the electric lock will automatically block, preventing the gate from opening until the vehicle is no longer a threat. The sensor, highly advanced and sensitive, can distinguish between pedestrians and vehicles to avoid unintentional closures. The Safe Way sensor is adjustable at will to allow the detection of vehicular traffic in desired areas and is directly connected to the electrical system of your warehouse. The entire Safe Way apparatus is already correctly installed in the door leaf of the Door Pedestrian.

SL-1500 OHT
SL-1500 OHT – OVERHEAD INTRALOGISTICS SYSTEM FOR HEAVY LOADS The SL-1500 OHT (Overhead Hoist Transport) by Singular Logistics is an automated transport system that runs overhead for the transfer of heavy palletised loads of up to 1,500 kg and any dimension. Unlike the O-RGV version, the vehicle itself descends to the working level to carry out loading and unloading operations, eliminating the need for lifts at the stations. The system is based on the FLEXITRACK overhead rail, manufactured with standard IPE steel profiles, more cost-effective than the aluminium typically used in this type of system, and powered at 48V DC with no electrical risk. Crossings and intersections are handled by static switches with no moving parts or sensors, significantly reducing maintenance requirements. Vehicles running on this rail feature decentralised autonomous control: each unit holds the complete circuit map, communicates with the others via WiFi, and selects in real time the most efficient route based on current traffic and active requests. The system is 100% parameterisable, requires no application-specific programming and operates 24/7 without batteries. In its standard version, SL-1500 OHT vehicles incorporate an on-board roller or chain conveyor to automate loading and unloading, integrating at stations with roller tables, chain conveyors and dynamic shelving, among others, to complete the requested action. Moving overhead, the system reclaims productive floor space in the facility, eliminating interference between load flows and ground-level traffic. Its modular design allows the installation to scale progressively, adding vehicles or extending routes as demand grows, without reprogramming.

vo-CE brAIn provides several functionalities to manage device location in the warehouse and to ensure the optimization of warehouse operations. The main functionalities are the analysis of the routes taken during picking, the identification of the last area where the device connected to the system, the statistics of the frequented areas in a given time interval and the heat map of the wifi coverage.
