The iHB-LF belongs to iBull's series of forklift-type mobile robots, developed to handle the transport of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods within dynamic industrial environments. Thanks to its underlift fork system, the iHB-LF robot can pick up and move loads directly from the floor or compatible racking, automating the flow of materials between warehouses, production lines, buffer zones, and shipping areas. It uses SLAM navigation technology to map the environment, locate itself, and autonomously plan routes based on the natural features of the workspace. It requires no installation of rails, markers, or modifications to existing infrastructure, enabling quick and flexible integration even in changing industrial environments or those with high traffic of people and equipment.

It enhances the performance of SENDA, Alerce’s leading application for last-mile route optimization in the courier sector. SENDA’s geocoding capabilities already leveraged proprietary algorithms, supported by external GIS systems, as well as assignment engines, route optimization tools, and real-time monitoring. With the integration of the new algorithm - internationally awarded-, the system now solves the complex challenge of reassigning customers between delivery zones. This reallocation process is completed in a matter of seconds, balancing workloads across zones, reducing delivery errors, and significantly lowering operational costs. SENDA is a high-performance route planning solution tailored for complex logistics environments. It features a powerful calculation engine capable of managing hundreds of thousands of daily delivery and pickup services with exceptional accuracy and adaptability. Its robust integration capabilities make SENDA a flexible and scalable tool, ideal for supporting business growth. The Libra algorithm integrated into SENDA was developed by the Numerical Analysis, Optimization and Applications Research Group at the IUMA Institute of UNIZAR. It was awarded second place in the ALIO Prize for Excellence in the Practice of Operations Research, granted by the Latin-Iberoamerican Association of Operations Research.
