      What we expect from you: As a Customer Support Analyst, you will work closely with various teams to ensure the happiness of our current and potential customers, as well as our colleagues, by strategically finding the best solutions to their issues. Your mission will be to assist users of our software by researching and providing the perfect answers to their questions. When a customer request comes in — through tickets, live chat, or phone calls — you’ll need to understand the issue, investigate it, and aim to resolve it as quickly as possible. If necessary, you'll redirect customers to the appropriate department based on the nature of the request, maintaining open and constant communication with other teams.
