Over recent weeks, Connected Safety Net has successfully launched its technology and services across 136 operations throughout Spain, while also extending our reach into Peru, Brazil, Colombia and Chile.

Each country brings its own operating environment, language, culture and customer requirements. Delivering a rollout of this scale, and doing it quickly and successfully, takes more than great technology.

It takes great people.

At the centre of this chapter has been Laura Muñoz, one of our geographic leaders for Customer Success and Growth.International expansion is not just about placing another country on the map. It is about creating trusted local relationships, understanding how each market works and giving customers the confidence that they will be supported long after implementation.
