The objective of this service is to evaluate our clients, their systems, and procedures. To this end, we adhere to a series of standards that essentially guarantee our competence, objectivity, and independence. Our purpose is to verify that the audited company operates in accordance with the relevant internal and external regulations for the sector in question, and to diagnose any necessary corrective actions. The main objective of a warehouse logistics audit is to assess current and future needs. We analyze current processes and infrastructure to identify and correct any existing deficiencies and, at the same time, understand the company's future concerns. We must interpret our clients' needs and diagnose the company's current situation, identifying weaknesses as well as opportunities for improvement. The scope of a logistics audit typically includes the following aspects: Inventory of current facilities and equipment. Area-by-area analysis of warehouse operations: receiving, storage locations, replenishment, order picking, shipping, and specific areas within each facility. Operating procedures and standards, including the organizational chart and technical resources. Analysis of activity logs to determine stock levels, number of SKUs, movements, etc. Analysis of the different elements that make up each area. Evaluation of the different areas studied, diagnosing any deficiencies detected. We apply Lean methodology to our internal processes, which allows us to guarantee the analysis of the entire company flow. Based on the results of the study, and if requested, a proposal for appropriate measures would be prepared.
