We provide advice on planning and physical support for start-ups.

We provide consulting services for the planning and physical support of commissioning processes. We generate a detailed report outlining all tasks to be performed prior to production start, including the teams involved and contingency plans, among other things. This aims to verify and minimize unforeseen issues to guarantee a successful implementation. Our commissioning process includes: - Phase planning, team and resource allocation. - Team training and instruction. - Pre-startup checks. - Management and physical support during commissioning. - Post-startup monitoring, performance indicators, and incident resolution. Recognizing that commissioning typically coexists with daily operations, our role is to collaborate to maintain organization and assist in conflict resolution during execution. To this end, we have specialized technicians for commissioning management and coordination who are present at the facilities to collaborate with staff, providing solutions and ideas as needed throughout the process. This includes participating in staff training for the operation and use of the facilities.
