
Global Relationship Manager End Users

This will be your Core Business:
Introducing the complete Qimarox product portfolio to end customers globally, with a special focus on our Highrunners palletizer;
Proactively approaching new and existing end customers through trade shows, phone outreach, and LinkedIn;
Organizing and hosting company tours in our Qimarox showroom (on-site in Harderwijk or online) to generate enthusiasm and create connections with integrators;
Cross-selling all standard products and developing strategic partnerships with key accounts;
Accurately recording all customer-related actions in the CRM system and ensuring clear communication via the Sales inbox.

As a Customer Experience Representative, you are the main point of contact for customers. Your role involves engaging with potential clients to coordinate and lead online presentations and product demonstrations. Through the close collaboration of Marketing and Sales you generate leads and maintain existing customer relationships.
This will be your Core Business:
You will be giving online product presentations and product demonstrations of our product lifts and palletizers;
You maintain existing customer relationships by conducting regular evaluations and presentations, both by phone, email, and in the Qimarox (online) showroom;
You ensure that customers are satisfied with our products and services, offering support if needed and connecting customers to the right person in Qimarox;
You maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system, including all customer interactions and relevant data;
You actively contact leads coming in through various channels, such as marketing campaigns, participation in exhibitions, and issued quotes.
This is who you are:
You have excellent communication skills in English, speaking another language is a plus;
You can deliver compelling online product presentations;
You are proactive, results-oriented, and driven to achieve objectives;
You are able to work independently, but also excel in a team-oriented environment;
Experience with CRM systems and working with customers data is a plus;
You are flexible and willing to serve international customers, even if this involves working at times before or after regular working hours due to time zones.
